In our lecture series, we have compiled content from the health sector for you to give you tools with which you can influence your health balance yourself.
One of the major topics is, of course, nutrition. This topic is of enormous importance because we constantly supply energy to our metabolism through our diet. The composition of our food also determines how our digestive system works. The nutrients not only determine our energy balance, but also the extent of our exposure to cellular toxins. Here is the connection to our Detox programme, which we inform about in detail in our lectures.
An equally important area for maintaining your health balance is the topic of movement and breathing. We not only address this in our lectures, but also offer interesting courses in the entire sector of sports, fitness and medical training therapy. These include physio and breathing therapy, meditation, yoga, cardio and muscle building, as well as boxing/kickboxing courses and individual training sessions. These sessions take place in small groups or as personal coaching. This gives you the choice between the dynamic and fun factor of training together and the training session that is individually tailored to you. Likewise, you can book a training session by yourself, in pairs or with several people.
